Because our wax melts are handmade fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. We also cannot offer returns based on fragrance preference, as scent is personal and can vary from person to person.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want your order to arrive just as it should. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging when possible.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Heat & Shipping

Wax may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during transit or after delivery. Please retrieve packages promptly and avoid leaving them in direct sunlight or excessive heat. Minor cosmetic changes caused by heat do not affect the fragrance or performance of the wax.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
